Oh, our beloved Hermes Mechaniotes!
Your cunning is known to all Gods and mortals,
Brilliance and confidence radiates from you.
Just how skillfully you stole Apollon's cows
And deceived the shining God with ease.
Oh, Clepsiphron, please grant me your guidance
In the deceit and cunning that I have to face.
Please grant me confidence and strength
And make my face a true disguise
Of my intentions.

I'll be very honest I'm not certain when or why did I write this prayer. I even forgot that it existed at all, until I've accidentally discovered it in my phone notes. Our guess is that I wrote it before I had to face my wife's parents, when I had to keep some things from them, per my wife's request.
I hope you'll never really have to use this prayer, but if you will need to for you or your close ones safety - may Hermes be on your side.
